With regard to transport orders, we act exclusively as a freight forwarder (as referred to in Article 8:60 of the Dutch Civil Code). The Dutch Forwarding Conditions apply to all our activities, with the exception of art. 23. Dutch law applies. Disputes will be settled exclusively by the Rotterdam court (location Rotterdam).

Exclusions and limitations of our liability apply on the basis of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions. Our liability is insured on the basis of the aforementioned conditions. If desired, you must take out any (further) insurance for your goods yourself.
